There are many web sites where you can buy ballroom shoes.  Several people have told me they had success at zappos.com as well as dance4less.com.  Another low cost site is www.veryeasybuy.com.  Make sure, though, that the shoes you are buying have suede soles.  There are many types of dance shoes but not all dance shoes have suede soles.

Up until recently we have been ordering shoes for students through the studio but the results have been mixed and too many people have been unsatisfied so we will no longer order shoes.  It is good to know that the above stores exist so you can try the shoes on before purchasing.
